Adobe Photoshop Elements 9?

I didn't make myself clear enough on my last post,I apologize!Anyways,I happen to use Adobe Photoshop Elements 9!I have been trouble lately blending on this,can anyone help instruct me on how to blend picture into one banner.Any sites would helpful,ehhh Youtube I'm not so sure about.Every Youtube video I've seen on tutorial is just flat out confusing.So sites preferably or if you can just post it..yeah!Thanks.!
